ORDINANCE NO. 500
J AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PLAT OF GAL-
MAN'S SUBDFVISION, SAME BEING A SUBDIVISION
OF THE WEST ONE-HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST
ONE-QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST ONE-QUAR-
TER OF THE NORTHWEST ONE-QUARTER OF SEC-
TION 34, TOWNSHIP 50 SOUTH, RANGE 42 EAST,
j BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA- AND PROVIDING
i THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE REPEALED TO THE
EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING THAT
THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE AS
OF I'TS PASSAGE AND ADOPTION O N THIRD READING.

{ BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMIV"IL SSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the plat known as Galman's Subdivision, same being a sub-
division of the following described lands, situate, lying and being in Broward County,

The West half of the SW; of the NW; of the
NW; of Section 34, Township 50 South, Range
42 East, Broward County, Florida,

be and the same is hereby approved.
jSection 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be

and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect immediately upon
its poassage and adoption.
