ORDINANCE NO. 496
AN ORDINANCE REZONING BLOCKS 5, 7 AND 91
OF NORTH WYLDEWOOD PARK ACCORDING TO
THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN THE PUB-
LIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA,
SAID LANDS SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN
BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM .EXISTING
ZONING CLASSIFICATIONS TO M-1-A CLASSIFI-
CATIONS; AND PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDINANCES
OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HERE-
WITH BE REPEALED TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH
CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDIN-
ANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE AS OF ITS
PASSAGE AND ADOPTION ON TIIIRD READING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the following described property, situate, lying and being
in Broward County, Florida, to wit,

All. of Blocks 5, 7 and 9 of NORTH WYLDE-
WOOD PARK, according to the plat thereof
recorded in the Public Records of Broward
County, Florida; said lands situate, lying
and being in Broward County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby rezoned from existing zoning classficiations to M-1-A

•_� zoning classificiations.

Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect immediately

upon its passage and adoption.
