AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 18-14,
CODE OR ORDINANCES, CITY OF DANIA,
FLORIDA, CONCERNING THE OCCUPATIONAL
LICENSE FEES TO BE PAID BY PERSONS,
FIRMS OR ASSOCIATIONS ENGAGING IN AND
MANAGING BUSINESSES, PROFESSIONS OR
OCCUPATIONS WITHIN THE CITY OF DANIA,
FLORIDA, AND PROVIDING THAT SAID SEC-
TION 18-14, CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY
OF DANIA, FLORIDA, EXCEPT IF AMENDED
HEREIN, SHALL REMAIN IN FULL FORCE
AND EFFECT; AND REPEALING ALL ORDI-
NANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING THAT
THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FORCE AND
EFFECT IMMEDIATELY UPON ITS FINAL
PASSAGE AND ADOPTION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Section 18-14, Code of Ordinances, City of Dania, Florida,
concerning the license fees to be paid by persons, firms or associations engaging
in or managing businesses, professions or occupations within the City of Dania,
Florida, be and the same is hereby amended to provide, after such amendment,
that the following annual license fees shall be paid by each of the businesses, pro-
fessions or occupations which are indicated, to wit:

Section 2. That all other provisions of said Section 18-14 shall remain in
full force and effect.
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be
and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in force and effect immediately upon
F its final passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED on First reading and passed and adopted on second
reading by title only by unanimous consent this 6th day of September, A. D. 1966.
