AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE NE-4, of the SWQ- OF
THE SWa OF SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 51 SOUTH)
RANGE 42 EAST, SAID LANDS SITUATE, LYING AND
BEING IN DANIA, BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM
EXISTING ZONING CLASSIFICATIONS TO A-1 CLASSIFI-
CATION; AND PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR
PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE
REPEALED TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; AND
PROVIDING THAT THE ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME
i, EFFECTIVE AS OF ITS PASSAGE AND ADOPTION ON
THIRD READING.

BE I'T ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION, OF THE CITY OF DANIA,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the following described lands, 'co wit,
NE; of the SW 41 of the SW 4 of Section 2,
Township 51 South, Range 42 East, said
lands situate, lying and being in Dania,
Broward County, Florida,
be and the same are hereby rezoned from existing zoning classifications to A-1
classification.

Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall become effective as of its passage

and adoption on third reading.
