AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PLAT OF THE
SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS 1ST ADDITION TO ROYAL
PALM VISTA, SAME BEING A PLAT OF THE WEST
345. 00 FEET OF THE NORTH ONE-HALF (NZ) OF
THE SOUTHWEST ONE-QUARTER (SW4) OF THE NORTH-
WEST ONE-QUARTER (NWV OF SECTION 35, TOWN-
SHIP 50 SOUTH, RANGE 42 EAST, LESS THE SOUTH
25 FEET THEREOF, AND LESS THE DANIA CUT-OFF
CANAL RIGHT-OF-WAY; SAID LANDS SITUATE) LYING
AND BEING IN DANIA, BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA,
AND PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE REPEALED
TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT, AND PROVIDING
THAT BY UNANIMOUS CONSENT OF ALL, COMMISSIONERS
PRESENT, THIS ORDINANCE HAS BEEN READ ON FIRST
READING, ON SECOND READING AND ON THIRD READING
AT THE MEETING OF THE CITY COMMISSION, CITY OF
DANIA) FLORIDA, HELD ON APRIL 4, 1966, AND PRO-
VIDING THAT THE ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE
AS OF ITS PASSAGE AND ADOTPION ON THIRD READING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1 . That the plat of the subdivision known as First Addition
to Royal Palm Vista, same being a part of the following described lands
situate, lying and being in Broward County, Florida, to wit,
The West 345. 00 feet of the North one-half (NZ)
of the Southwest one-quarter (SW4) of the North-
west one-quarter (NW 4) of Section 35, Township
50 South, Range 42 East, less the South 25 feet
thereof, and less the Dania cut-off canal right-of-
way; said lands situate, lying and being in Dania,
Broward County, Florida
be and the same is hereby approved.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.

Section 3. That by unanimous consent of all commissioners present,
this ordinance has been introduced and read on first reading, on second read-
ing and on third reading at the meeting of the City Commission of the City

of Dania, Florida, held on April 4, 1966.

Section 4. That this ordinance shall become effective as of its
adoption on third reading.
PASSED and ADOPTED on First Reading this 4th day of April, 1966.
PASSED and ADOPTED on Second Reading this 4th day of April, 1966.
