i AN ORDINANCE RE-ZONING THE EQ OF THE NW'
OF THE SW4 OF THE SW4 AND THE SW a OF THE
NW OF 'THE SW 4 OF SECT'. 2, TOWNSHIP 51
i SOUTH, RANGE 42 EAST, BROWARD COUNTY,
FLORIDA, FROM EXISTING ZONING CLASSIFI-
CA'TION TO A-1 ZONING CLASSIFICATION; AND
PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS
OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE
REPEALED TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT;
AND PROVIDING THAT BY UNANIMOUS CONSENT
OF ALL COMMISSIONERS PRESENT, THIS ORDIN-
ANCE HAS BEEN READ ON FIRST READING AND ON
SECOND READING AT THE MEETING OF THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA,
ON MARCH 7, 1966; AND PROVIDING THAT THE
ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE AS OF
I'TS PASSAGE AND ADOPTION ON 'THIRD READING.

BE I'T ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANLI ,

FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the following described lands, to wit,
The EQ of the NW4 of the SW 4 of the SW 4 and
the SW 4 of the NW 4 of the SW 4 of Sect. 2,
Township 51 South, Range 42 East, Br-oward
County, Florida,
be, and the same are hereby re-zoned from existing zoning classifeation to A-1
zoning classification.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be,

and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of conflict.

Section 3. That by unanimous consent of all commissioners present, this
ordinance has been introduced and read on first reading and on second reading
i
at the meeting of the City Commission of the City of Dania, Florida, held on
i
j March 7, 1966.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall become effective as of its passage and
J adoption on third reading.
