I ORDINANCE NO. 488
AN ORDINANCE REZONING BLOCKS 2, 3, 5,
AND 6, HOLLYWOOD MANORS, ACCORDING TO
THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK
11, PAGE 1, PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD
COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID LANDS SITUATE,
LYING AND BE[NG IN BROWARD COUNTY,
FLORIDA, FROM EXISTING ZONING CLASSIFI-
CATION TO R-3 ZONING CLASSIFICATION; AND
PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS
OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE
REPEALED TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT;
AND PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL
BECOME EFFECTIVE AS OF ITS PASSAGE AND
ADOPTION, ON THIRD READING.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
DANIA, FLORIDA:
Sectionl. That the following described lands, to wit,
Blocks 2, 3, -, 5 and 6, HOLLYWOOD MANORS,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 11, page 1, Public Records of Broward
County, Florida, said lands situate, lying and
being in Broward County, Florida,
be and the same are hereby rezoned from existing zoning classifications to
R-3 classification.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict

herewith be and the same are l:areby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall become effective as of its passage

and adoption on third reading.

PASSED and ADOPTED on First Reading this 18th day of October 1965.
PASSED and ADOPTED on Second Reading this 18th day of October 1965.
i PASSED and ADOPTED on Third Reading this 1st day of November 1965.
