j AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED
PROPERTY, TO WIT: THE NORTH 150 FEET OF THE SOUTH
200 FEET OF THE WEST 150 FEET OF THE EAST ONE-HALF
(E2) OF THE SE 4 OF THE SW4 OF THE SW 4 OF SECTION 2,
TOWNSHIP 51 SOUTH, RANGE 42 EAST, BROWARD COUNTY,
FLORIDA, FROM THE EXISTING ZONING CLASSIFICATIONS
TO C-1 CLASSIFICATION; AND PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDIN-
ANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH
BE REPEALED TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT: AND
PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL .BECOME EFFECTIVE
AS OF ITS PASSAGE AND ADOPTION, ON THIRD READING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA,
FLORIDA:,
Section 1. That the following described lands, to wit,
The North 150 feet of the South 200 feet of the West 150
feet of the East One-half (ED of the SE4 of the SW4 of
the SW4 of Section 2, Township 51 South, Range 42 East,
Broward County, Florida,
from the existing zoning classifications under the existing zoning classifications
of City of Dania, Florida be and the same are hereby rezoned to C-1 classifications.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be
and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall become effective as of its passage and
