AN ORDINANCE REZONING THAT PORTION OF THE
WEST HALF (Wz) OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER
(SW;) OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE1) OF THE
NORTHWEST QUARTER (NW ) LESS THE WEST 25
FEET FOR STREET, AND LESS THE NORTH 30 FEET
AND LESS THE SOUTH 50 FEET OF NORTH 80 FEET
FOR STREET, AND THE WEST HALF (Wz) OF THE
NORTHWEST QUARTER (NW n) OF THE NORTHEAST
QUARTER (NEB) OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER
(SW;) , LESS THE WEST 25 FEET FOR ROAD, IN
SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 50 SOUTH, RANGE 42 EAST,
SAID LANDS SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN
BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND COMPRISING
TEN ACRES, MORE OR LESS, FROM R-1AA CLASSI-
FICATION TO R-3 CLASSIFICATION; AND PROVIDING
THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE REPEALED TO THE
EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING THAT
THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE AS OF
ITS PASSAGE AND ADOPTION, ON THIRD READING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the following described lands, to wit,
That portion of the West half (Wz) of the Southwest
quarter (SW;) of the Southeast quarter (SE ) of the
Northwest quarter (NW;), less the West 25 feet for
street, and less the North 30 feet and less the South
50 feet of North 80 feet for street, and the West
half (Wz) of the Northwest quarter (NW ) of the
" Northeast quarter (NED of the Southwest quarter
j (SW ), less the West 25 feet for road, in Section 35,
Township 50 South, Range 42 East, said lands
{ situate, lying and being in Broward County, Florida,
and comprising ten acres, more or less,
be and the same are hereby rezoned from R-lAA Classification to R-3 Classifi-
cation.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall become effective as of its passage

and adoption on third reading.
