AN ORDINANCE REZONING THAT PORTION OF
THE NORTHWEST QUARTER (NW4) OF THE SOUTH-
EAST QUARTER (SED OF SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP
50 SOUTH, RANGE 42 EAST, DESCRIBED AS
FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE INTERSECTION
OF THE EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF FLORIDA
EAST COAST RAILROAD AND THE SOUTH LINE OF
THE NORTHWEST QUARTER (NWT) OF THE SOUTH-
EAST QUARTER (SE4) OF SAID SECTION 27; THENCE
EASTERLY ALONG THE SAID SOUTH LINE OF THE
NORTHWEST QUARTER (NW4) OF THE SOUTHEAST
QUARTER (SED A DISTANCE OF 335. 29 .FEET TO
THE P01NT OF BEGINNING OF THE PARCEL HEREIN
DESCRIBED, BEING ALSO THE POINT OF INTER-
SECTION OF SAID SOUTH LINE WITH THE EASTERLY
RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF U. S. HIGHWAY N0. 1;
THENCE, CONTINUE EASTERLY ALONG SAID
SOUTH LINE A DISTANCE OF 351. 98 FEET; THENCE
NORTHERLY WITH AN INCLUDED ANGLE 880 39, 8"
A DISTANCE OF 200 FEET; THENCE WESTERLY AND
PARALLEL TO THE SAID SOUTH LINE OF THE NORTH-
WEST QUARTER (NW4) OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER
(SE4) A DISTANCE OF 301. 5 FEET TO THE EASTERLY
4. RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF U. S. HIGHWAY NO. 1;
THENCE, RUN SOUTHERLY ALONG SAID EAST LINE
OF U. S. HIGHWAY NO. 1, A DISTANCE OF 205. 28
FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS THE
EAST 125 FEET THEREOF; SAID LANDS SITUATE,
LYING AND BEING IN BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA,
FROM B-2 CLASSIFICATION TO C-1 CLASSIFICATION;
AND PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS
OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE RE-
PEALED TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; AND
•• PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME
EFFECTIVE AS OF ITS PASSAGE AND ADOPTION,
ON THIRD READING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the following described lands, to wit,
That Portion of the Northwest quarter (NWD of the
Southeast quarter (SED of Section 27, Townshi_D 50
South, Range 42 East, described as follows:
Commencing at the interesection of the East right-of-
way line of Florida East Coast Railroad and the South
line of Northwest quarter (NW4) of the Southeast
quarter (SE4) of said Section 27; thence, Easterly
along the said South line of the Northwest quarter

(NW;) of the Southeast quarter (SE;) a distance of
335. 29 feet to the point of beginning of the parcel
herein described, being also the point of intersection
of said South line with the Easterly right-of-way line
Of U. S. Highway No. 1; thence, continue Easterly
along said South line a distance of 351. 98 feet; thence,
Northerly with an included angle 880 39' 8" a distance
of 200 feet; thence Westerly and parallel to the said
South line of the Northwest quarter (NW9) of the
Southeast (SE-,) a distance of 301. 5 feet to the
Easterly right-of-way line of U. S. Highway No. 1;
thence run Southerly along said East line of U. S

Highway No. 1, a distance of 205. 28 feet to the point
of beginning, less the East 125 feet thereof; said lands
situate, lying and being in Broward County, Florida,
be and the same are hereby rezoned from B-2 Classification to C-1 Classification.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section That this ordinance shall become effective as of its passage
and adoption on third reading.
PASSED and ADOPTED on First Reading this 1st day of March, 1965.
PASSED and ADOPTED on Second Reading this 15th day of March, 1965.
PASSED and ADOPTED on Third Reading this 5th day of April, 1965.
