ORDINANCE NO. 476
AN ORDINANCE ZONING THE NORTH 400 FEET
OF THE E OF THE NW-4' OF THE NE 4 OF THE
NET OF SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 51 SOUTH, RANGE
42 EAST, LESS THE FOLLOWING: THE WEST
150 FEET AND THE NORTH 35 FEET AND THE
EAST 30 FEET THEREOF; SAID LANDS SITUATE,
LYING AND BEING IN BROWARD COUNTY,
FLORIDA, TO A M-1 CLASSIFICATION; AND
PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS
OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE
REPEALED TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT;
AND, BY UNANIMOUS CONSENT OF ALL COM-
MISSIONERS PRESENT, PROVIDING THAT THIS
ORDINANCE BE INTRODUCED, READ THE FIRST
TIME, READ BY TITLE ONLY THE SECOND TIME
AND THIRD TIME, AND PASSED ON ALL THREE
READINGS AT THE SAME MEETING,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
" DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the following described lands, to wit,
The North 400 feet of the E of the NW'—, of the
NE4 of the NE4 of Section 4, Township 51 South,
Range 42 East, less the following: The West
150 feet and the North 35 feet and the East 20 feet
thereof; said lands situate, lying and being in
Broward County, Florida,
be and the same are hereby zoned to a M-1 Classification.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect March
15, 1965.
Section 4. By unanimous consent of all of the City Commissioners
present and in accordance with the charter of City of Dania, Florida, this ordi-
nance has been introduced, read the first time, read by title only the second
time and third time, and passed on all three readings at the same meeting.
Section 5. In accordance with the provisions of the charter of City
of Dania, Florida, this ordinance has been passed and adopted on first reading,

second reading and third reading at the same meeting of the City Commission
of City of Dania, Florida.
PASSED and ADOPTED on First Reading, Second Reading and Third
Reading this 15th day of March, 1965.
