ORDINANCE NO. L '
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE
OF RATES FOR ADMISSIONS TO THE FISHING
PIER LOCATED AT DANIA BEACH, DANIA,
BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND PROVIDING
THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDI-
NANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE REPEALED
TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; AND PRO-
VIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME
EFFECTIVE AS OF ITS PASSAGE AND ADOPTION,
ON THIRD READING.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That a schedule of rates be and the sarne is hereby
established for adinission to the fishing pier at Dania Beach, Dania, Broward
` County, Florida, as follows:
(a) Daily Single Adult Fishing Fee p . 75 Plus Tax
(One such fee per calendar day)
(b) Daily Single Adult Spectator Fee . 50 Plus Tax
(One such fee per calendar day)
(c) Daily Single Child's Fishing Fee . 50 Plus Tax
16 years of age and under
(One such fee per calendar day)
(d) Daily Single Child's Spectator Fee . 25 Plus Tax
16 ,years of age and under
(One such fee per calendar day)
(e) Annual Fishing Pass (Good for 35. 00 Plus Tax
one calendar year) for both Adults
and Children 16 years of age and
under
(f) Adult 10 trip Fishing Pass (Good 5. 00 Pius Tax
for 60 days from date of issue)
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in force and take effect
immediately upon its passage and adoption on third reading.
