ORDINANCE NO. 466
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AND APPROVING FOR
RECORD THE PLAT OF FLORIAN ISLE THIRD ADDI-
TION,COVERING LANDS SITUATE IN DANIA BROWARD
COUNTY, FLORIDA, INCLUDING ALL ALLEYS AND
STREETS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT OF FLORIDA ISLE
THIRD ADDITION; AND ABANDONING AND VOIDING
ALL STREETS AND ALLEYS AS TO SAID LAND EXIST-
ING PRIOR TO THE ACCEPTANCE AND APPROVAL
OF SAID PLAT; AND PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDIN-
ANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES E`T CONFLICT
HEREWITH BE REPEALED TO THE EXTENT OF
SUCH CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING THAT THIS
ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE AS OF
ITS PASSAGE AND ADOPTION ON THIRD READING.
WHEREAS, BURKLEY J. FLORIAN is the owner of the following de-
scribed land:
A replat of a part of Tract B of Florian Isle, in
the northeast one-quarter (NE;) of Section 33,
Township 50 South, Range 42 East, City of Dania,
Broward County, Florida;
and,

WHEREAS, the said owner has submitted to the City Commission of
the City of Dania, Florida, a plat of the aforesaid land, said plat being en-
titled FLORIAN ISLE THIRD ADDITION; and
WHEREAS, it appears from said plat of FLORIAN ISLE THIRD
ADDITION, that said plat dedicates to the perpetual use of the public, the
streets and alleys shown in said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the plat of FLORIAN ISLE THIRD ADDITION, dated
the 20th day of July, 1964, be and the same is hereby accepted and approved
for record.
Section 2: That all streets, alleys and rights of way as shown by

said plat by Burkley J. Florian, be and the same are hereby approved and i

dedicated to the perpetual use of the public, and the streets, alleys and/or
rights of way as to said land existing prior to the adoption of said plat be and
the same are hereby voided and abandoned as public streets, alleys, and/or
i
rights of way.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
