ORDINANCE NO. 465
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE CHARGES
OF CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA, FOR GRAVES,
GRAVE OPENINGS AND GRAVE OPENINGS WITH
VAULTS AT THE CEMETERY OWNED AND OPER-
ATED BY CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA, KNOWN AS
DANIA COLORED CEMETERY ACCORDING TO
THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK
15, PAGE 49, PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD
COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID LANDS SITUATE,
LYING AND BEING IN BROWARD COUNTY,
FLORIDA; AND PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDI-
NANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH BE REPEALED TO THE EXTENT
OF' SUCH CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING THAT
THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE
AS OF ITS PASSAGE AND ADOPTION, ON THIRD
READING.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
DANIA, FLORIDA:

Section 1: That the following charges be and the same are hereby
established concerning grave spaces and services concerning such grave
I
spaces at the cemetery owned and operated by City of Dania, Florida, and
known as Dania Colored Cemetery, according to the plat thereof recorded
I
in Plat Book 15, page 49, Public Records of Broward County, Florida,

said lands situate, lying and being in Broward County, Florida:
i
Adults and childred aged Children under
twelve and over age twelve
Sale of grave space $25. 00 $15. 00
Charge for services in
opening grave (where
i no vault is used) $35. 00 $15. 00
Charge for services in
opening grave (where

vault is used) $45. 00 $16. 00
Section 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.

Section 3: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect imme-
diately upon its passage and adoption.
