ORDINANCE NO. 464
AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOTS 1, 2 AND 31
BLOCK 3, "ST. TAMES PARK-NORTH", ACCORD-
ING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT
BOOK 3, PAGE 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS
OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID LANDS
SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN BROWARD COUN-
TY, FLORIDA, FROM B-2 CLASSIFICATION TO
C-1 CLASSIFICATION; AND PROVIDING THAT
THE OWNERS OF SAID PROPERTY CONVEYING
CERTAIN LANDS WHICH ARE HEREIN DESCRIBED
TO CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA, FOR RIGHT OF
WAY PURPOSES; AND PROVIDING THAT ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH BE REPEALED TO THE
EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING
THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFEC-
TIVE AT SUCH TIME AS THE CITY COMMISSION
OF CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA, ADOPTS A RESO-
LUTION ACCEPTING THE DEED CONVEYING THE
SAID LANDS, HERETOFORE MENTIONED, FOR
RIGHT OF WAY PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the following described lands, to wit,

Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 3, "St. Tames Park-
North", according to the plat thereof,
_ recorded in Plat Book 3, page 33, of the
Public Records of Broward County,
Florida, said lands situate, lying and
being in Broward County, Florida,

be and the same are hereby rezoned so that the zoning classification of such
lands, under the zoning classifications of City of Dania, Florida, be and
the same is hereby changed from B-2 zoning classification to C-1 zoning
classification.
Section 2: That, at the request of the owners of the lands de-

scribed in Section 1 herein, this ordinance and its passage and adoption
is expressly conditioned upon the owners of such property conveying, by
1 good and sufficient deed of conveyance, to City of Dania, Florida, for
right of way purposes, the following described lands, to wit,

The west 7. 0 feet of Lot 1, Block 3, "St. James
Park-North", according to the plat therof, re-
corded in Plat Book 3, page 33, Public Records
of Broward County, Florida, and
The west 7. 0 feet of Lot 2, Block 3, "St. James
Park-North",according to the plat thereof, re-
corded in Plat Book 3, page 33, Public Records
of Broward County, Florida, and
The west 7. 0 feet of Lot 3, Block 3, "St. James
Park-North", according to the plat thereof, re-
corded in Plat Book 3, page 33, of the Public
Records of Broward County, Florida, less the
south 28. 0 feet thereof.
Section 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such con-
flict.
Section 4: That this ordinance shall be in force and take effect
when City of Dania, Florida, adopts a resolution accepting the deed con-
veying the lands for right of way purposes, as referred to in Section 2 here-
