ORDINANCE NO. 463
AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOTS 8, 9 AND
102 LESS THE SOUTH 15 FEET THEREOF,
BLOCK 43, NORTH HOLLYWOOD, ACCORD-
ING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED
IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 1, PUBLIC RECORDS
OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID
j LANDS SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN
BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM B-2
CLASSIFICATION TO C-1 CLASSIFICATION;
AND PROVIDING THAT THE ORDINANCE IS
CONDITIONED UPON THE OWNERS OF SAID
PROPERTY CONVEYING CERTAIN LANDS
WHICH ARE HEREIN DESCRIBED TO CITY
OF DANIA, FLORIDA, FOR RIGHT OF WAY
PURPOSES; AND PROVIDING THAT ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH BE REPEALED TO
THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; AND PRO-
VIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE-
COME EFFECTIVE AT SUCH TIME AS THE
' CITY COMMISSION OF CITY OF DANIA,
FLORIDA, ADOPTS A RESOLUTION ACCEPT-
ING THE DEED CONVEYING THE SAID LANDS,
HERETOFORE MENTIONED, FOR RIGHT OF
WAY PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the following described lands, to wit,
Lots 8, 9 and 10, less the South 15
feet thereof, Block 43, North Hollywood,
according to the plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 4, page 1, Public Records
of Broward County, Florida, said lands
situate, lying and being in Broward
County, Florida,
be and the same are hereby rezoned so that the zoning classification of such
lands, under the zoning classifications of City of Dania, Florida, be and
the same is hereby changed from B-2 zoning classification to C-1 zoning
classification.
Section 2: That, at the request of the owners of the lands
described in Section 1 herein, this ordinance and its passage and adoption

is expressly conditioned upon the owners of such property conveying, by
good and sufficient deed of conveyance, to City of Dania, Florida, for
right of way purposes, the following described lands, to wit,
The east 7. 0 feet of Lot 10, less the South 15
feet thereof if such south 15 feet is now owned
by said owners, Block 43, NORTH HOLLYWOOD,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 4, page 1, Public Records of Broward
County, Florida, and

The area between the tangents and a curve with
a radius of 25 feet, said curve being tangent on
the west to a line which lies 7. 0 feet west of,
and parallel to the east line of said Lot 10, and
tangent on the south to a line which lies 15. 0
feet north of, and parallel to the south line of
said Lot 10.
Section 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of
such conflict.
Section 4: That this ordinance shall be in force and take effect

when City of Dania, Florida, adopts a resolution accepting the deed con-
veying the lands for right of way purposes, as referred to in Section 2.
