ORDINANCE NO. 456
1 AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOTS 11 21 3 AND 4, OF
BLOCK 1, VICTORIA VILLAS, ACCORDING TO THE
PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49,
PAGE 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD
COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID LANDS SITUATE, LYING
AND BEING IN BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA,
FROM R-1 CLASSIFICATION TO R-2 CLASSIFICATION;
1 AND PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS
?i OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE RE-
PEALED TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT• AND
j PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME
EFFECTIVE AS OF ITS PASSAGE AND ADOPTION, ON
THIRD READING.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA,

FLORIDA: 4
Section 1. That the following described lands, to wit,

Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, of Block 1, VICTORIA
j VILLAS, according to the plat thereof recorded
I in Plat Book 49, page 40, of the Public Records
of Broward County, Florida, said lands situate, f lying and being in Broward County, Florida f
be and the same are hereby rezoned from R-1 Classification to R-2 Classification.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be
and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
1 Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
