>1 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 28-31, CODE
OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA, BY
REPEALING THAT PART OF SUCH SECTION PER-
TAINING TO THE RIGHT OF WAY OF S. W. 12TII
1 AVENUE AND BY ADOPTING A NEW PROVISION
CONCERNING SUCH RIGHT OF WAY WHICH SHALL
READ AS FOLLOWS: "S. W. 12TH AVENUE FROM
I THE SOUTH CITY LIMITS TO STIRLING ROAD SHALL
BE THIRTY-FIVE FEET, EAST OF THE SECTION
LINE WHICH IS APPROXIMATELY PARALLEL AND AD-
JACENT TO THE CENTER LINE OF SAID S. W. 12TH
AVENUE"; AND RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING ALL
OTHER SECTIONS AND PARTS OF SAID SECTION
28-31, CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF DANIA
FLORIDA; AND PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDINANCES
j OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH
BE REPEALED TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT;
AND PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE-
COME EFFECTIVE AS OF ITS PASSAGE AND ADOPTION
ON THIRD READING. I

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
DANIA, FLORIDA:
i Section 1. That the part of Section 28-31, Code of Ordinances,

City of Dania, Florida, which pertains to the right of way of S. W. 12th Avenue,
a
be and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 2. That there is hereby adopted a new provision concern-
,... i ing the right of way of S. W. 12th Avenue, which shall be deemed to be a part of
i Section 28-31, Code of Ordinances, City of Dania, Florida, which shall read as
follows:

"S. W. 12th Avenue from the South City limits
to Stirling Road shall be thirty-five feet, East
of the section line which is approximately paral-
lel and adjacent to the center line of said S. W.
12th Avenue. "

Section 3. That all other parts and provisions of said Section
28-31, Code of Ordinances, City of Dania, Florida, be and the same are hereby
f ratified and confirmed and shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 4. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here- f
with be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.

Section 5. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
