i ORDINANCE NO. 452
AN ORDINANCE MAKING IT UNLAWFUL EITHER TO
FISH FROM BOATS, OR TO FISH FROM THE BEACH,
OR TO FISH FROM THE SURF, OR TO SWIM OR TO
SPEAR FISH OR TO SKIN DIVE WITHIN AN AREA OF
50 YARDS FROM THE OUTSIDE PERIMETER OF THE
MUNICIPALLY OWNED FISHING PIER OWNED BY
CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA, AT DANIA BEACH,
DANIA, FLORIDA; AND PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDI-
NANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH BE REPEALED TO THE EXTENT OF
SUCH CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDI-
NANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE AS OF ITS
I PASSAGE AND ADOPTION, ON THIRD READING.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF

DANIA, FLORIDA: j
Section 1. That it shall be unlawful either to fish from boats, or to
fish from the beach, or to fish from the surf, or to swim or to spear fish or
to skin dive within an area of 50 yards from the outside perimeter of the muni-
i
cipally owned fishing pier owned by City of Dania, Florida, at Dania Beach,
Dania, Florida.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith

9 be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. j
•°�'` Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect immedi-
ately upon its passage and adoption.
