j AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AND APPROVING FOR
RECORD THE PLAT OF DANIA ESTATES, COVERING
LANDS SITUATE IN DANIA, BROWARD COUNTY,
FLORIDA) INCLUDING ALL ALLEYS AND STREETS
THERE PROVIDED; DEDICATING TO TILE PERPETUAL
USE OF THE PUBLIC THE STREETS AND ALLEYS
SHOWN ON SAID PLAT OF DANIA ESTATES; AND ABAN-
DONING AND VOIDING ALL STREETS AND ALLEYS AS
TO SAID LAND EXISTING PRIOR TO THE ACCEPTANCE
AND APPROVAL OF SAID PLAT; AND PROVIDING THAT
ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CON-
FLICT HEREWITH BE REPEALED TO THE EXTENT OF
SUCH CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING THAT TI3IS ORDI-
NANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE AS OF ITS PASSAGE
AND ADOPTION, ON THIRD READING.

WHEREAS, KATY CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, is the owner

of the following described land:
i
Blocks 3 and 4 of DANIA TROPICAL ESTATES, accord-
ing to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 29, page 20,
Public Records of Broward County, Florida; said lands
" situate, lying a-nd being in Broward County, Florida;

WHEREAS, the said owner has submitted to the City Commission of the
City of Dania, Florida, a plat of the aforesaid land, said plat being entitled
DANIA ESTATES; and

WHEREAS, it appears from said plat of DANIA ESTATES, that said plat j
i
dedicates to the perpetual use of the public, the streets and alleys shown in said
plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMUIISSIOi\T
OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
! Section 1, That the plat of DANIA ESTATES, dated the day of

1963, be and the same is hereby accepted and approved
t
for record.

Section 2, That all streets, alleys and rights of way as shown by said
plat by the owner, be and the same are hereby approved and dedicated to the
perpetual use of the public, and the streets, alleys and/or rights of way as to

said land existing
prior to the adoption of said plat be and the same are hereby
voidedand abandoned as public streets, alleys and/or rights of way.

Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
i
be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.

Section 4. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
