ORDINANCE NO. 449
AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED
J PROPERTY, TO WIT: THAT PART OF THE W 3/4 OF THE
N2 OF THE SW4 OF THE NW'4 OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP
50 SOUTH, RANGE 42 EAST, LYING NORTH OF THE RIGHT
OF WAY OF THE FLORIDA POWER AND LIGHT COMPANY
AS DESCRIBED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 609, PAGE
j 618, PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA;
SAID LANDS SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN BROWARD
COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND ALL OF BLOCKS 3 AND 4 AC-
CORDING TO THE CORRECTED PLAT OF DANIA MANOR,
AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 53, PUBLIC
RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA; SAID LANDS
SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN BROWARD COUNTY,
FLORIDA, FROM R-3 CLASSIFICATION TO M-1 CLASSI-
FICATION; AND PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR
PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE RE-
PEALED TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; AND PRO-
VIDINC, THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE
AS OF ITS PASSAGE AND ADOPTION, ON THIRD READING. j
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION

OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:

Section 1. That the zoning classification of the following described
� property, to wit:

That part of the W 3/4 of the NZ of the SW4
of the NW4 of Section 34, Township 50 South,
Range 42 East, lying North of the right of
way of the Florida Power and Light Coml_any
11 as described in Official Records Book 609, j
page 618, Public Records of Broward County,
Florida; said lands situate, lying and being
in Broward County, Florida; and
! All of Blocks 3 and 4 according to the corrected
plat of DANIA MANOR, as recorded in Plat
Book 10, page 53, Public Records of Broward
j County, Florida; said lands situate, lying and
being in Broward County, Florida, j
be and the same is hereby changed from R-3 classification to M-1 classification.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith

be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.

Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
