AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED
PROPERTY, TO WIT: LOTS 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, BLOCK 2,
COLLEGE HOMESITES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THERE-
OF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGE 17, PUBLIC RE-
CORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, SAID LANDS SITUATE,
LYING AND BEING IN BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM
B-2 CLASSIFICATION TO R-1 CLASSIFICATION; LOTS 8, 9,
10, 11, 127 132 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, BLOCK 2, COLLEGE
HOMESITES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RE-
CORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGE 17, PUBLIC RECORDS
OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID LANDS SITUATE,
LYING AND BEING IN BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM

FLORIDA, SAID LANDS SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN BRO-
WARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM R-3 CLASSIFICATION TO
R-1 CLASSIFICATION; LOTS 1, 2, BLOCK 12, COLLEGE
TRACT SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THERE-
OF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 19, PUBLIC RE-
CORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID LANDS SITU-
ATE, LYING AND BEING IN BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA,
FROM B-2 CLASSIFICATION TO R-1 CLASSIFICATION; AND
PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDI-
NANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE REPEALED TO THE
EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING THAT THIS
ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE AS OF ITS PASSAGE
AND ADOPTION, ON THIRD READING.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:

Section 1. That the following described property, to wit:
Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, Block 2, College Homesites, according
to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 55, Page 17, Public
Records of Broward County, Florida, said lands situate, lying
and being in Broward County, Florida,

i! be and the same is hereby rezoned from B-2 classification to R-1 classification.
i Section 2. That the following described property, to wit:
Lots 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 Block 2

College Homesites, according to the plat thereof, re-
corded in Plat Book 55, Page 17, Public Records of
Broward County, Florida, said lands situate, lying
and being in Broward County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby rezoned from R-3 classification to R-1 classification.

Section 3. That the following described property, to wit:
Lots 1, 2, 3, Block 3, College Homesites, according
to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 55, Page 17,
Public Records of Broward County, Florida, said lands
situate, lying and being in Broward County, Florida,

be and the same is hereby rezoned from R-3 classification to R-1 classification.
Section 4. That the following described property, to wit:

13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32,
33, Block 9, The East 238' of area marked "Not Included",

College Tract Second Addition, according to the plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 19, Page 19, Public Records of Broward
County, Florida, said lands situate, lying and being in Broward
County, Florida,

Section 5. That the following described property, to wit:
Lots 1, 2, Block 12, College Tract Section Addition, ac-
cording to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 19, Page
19, Public Records of Broward County, Florida, said lands
situate, lying and being in Broward County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby rezoned from B-2 classification to R-1 classification.

Section 6. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith

be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 7. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect imme-
diately upon its passage and adoption.
