ORDINANCE NO,
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 17- ,
I CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA,
I BY ADDING A PROVISION PROVIDING FOR AN ANNUAL
OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE FEE OF $50. 00 FOR THE
j OPERATION OF SIGHT-SEEING TRAINS; AND PRO-
VIDING THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDI-
NANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE REPEALED TO
THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; AND, BY UNANI-
MOUS CONSENT OF ALL COMMISSIONERS PRESENT,
PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE BE INTRODUCED,
READ THE FIRST TIME, READ BY TITLE ONLY THE
SECOND AND THIRD TIMES AND PASSED ON ALL
THREE READINGS AT THE MEETING OF THE CITY
COMMISSION OF CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA, ON
DECEMBER 3, 1962.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF

I DANIA, FLORIDA:
j Section 1. Section 17- Code of Ordinances, City of Dania,
Florida, be and the same is hereby amended by adding the following classi-
fication for occupational license fees and the amount of such fee, to-wit,

Sight-seeing train $50. 00.
i
i
jSection 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
i Section 3. That by unanimous consent of all of the City Commissioners
present, this ordinance has been introduced, read the first time, .read by title
I
1 only the second and third times and passed on all three readings at the meeting j
I of the City Commission of City of Dania, Florida, held on December 3, 1962.
I Section 4. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED on First Reading this 3rd day of December,
1962.
