AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION
OF LOTS 1 TI RU 9, AND LOTS 12 THRU 20, BLOCK 2,
AND LOTS 1 THRU 93 and LOTS 12 THRU 20, BLOCK 3,
WESTMOORLAND, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 81 PUBLIC RECORDS
OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID LAND SITUATE C
LYING AND BEING IN BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM I
R-3 CLASSIFICATION TO R-2 CLASSIFICATION, AND PROVID-
ING THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN I
CONFLICT HEREWITH BE REPEALED TO THE EXTENT OF
j SUCH CONFLICT: AND PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE
SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE AS OF ITS PASSAGE AND
ADOPTION ON THIRD READING.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
DANiA, FLORIDA:
iSection 1, That the zoning classification of the following described

property, to-wit:
Lots 1 thru 9 and Lots 12 thru 20, Block 2; and
Lots 1 thru 9 and Lots 12 thru 20, Block 3,
WESTMOORLAND, according to the Plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 19, Page 8, Public Records
of Broward County, Florida, said land situate,
lying and being in Broward County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby changed from 1�4 classification to R_2 classifi- , ..4
cation,
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with be and same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect imme-
diately upon its passage and adoption, !.
