AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING ADMISSION RATES FOR 171
THE USE OF THE SWIMMING POOL AT WESTSIDE PARK;
AND GRANTING TO THE CITY MANAGER THE RIGHT TO
ESTABLISH DIFFERENT RATES TO BE CHARGED FOR
GROUP USE OF SAID SWIMMING POOL IN CONNECTION
WITH THE TRAINING AND INSTRUCTION PROGRAMS
1 UNDER THE SPONSORSHIP OF RECREATION DEPARTMENT
I OF CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA; AND PROVIDING THAT ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH BE REPEALED TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CON-
FLICT; AND, BY UNANIMOUS CONSENT OF ALL
j COMMISSIONERS PRESENT, PROVIDING THAT THIS
ORDINANCE BE INTRODUCED, READ THE FIRST TIME,
READ BY TITLE ONLY THE SECOND AND THIRD TIMES
AND PASSED ON ALL THREE READINGS AT THE MEETING
OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA,
ON APRIL 16, 1962.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the general admission rates to be charged to the j
public for use of the swimming pool at Westside Park shall be forty cents
(40�) for adults and for all patrons not attending .public schools, and twenty
cents (20�) for all minors or juniors who do attend public schools.

Section 2. In the event any groups or organizations make arrange-
ments with the Recreation Department of City of Dania for group use of
said swimming pool for swimming instructions under the sponsorship of the
Recreation Department, City of Dania, Florida, the City Manager shall have
j the right to establish group rates which shall be charged to said groups even

1 though such group rates may be different from those provided in Section 1
iherein.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 4. By unanimous consent of all commissioners present,
this ordinance has been introduced, read the first time, read by title only

the second and third times and passed on all three readings at the meeting

j of the City Commission of City of Dania, Florida, held on April 16, 1962. j
