AN ORDINANCE CHANGING ZONING CLASSIFICATION
OF THE CERTAIN AREA MORE PARTICULARLY DES-
CRIBED AS 250 FEET SOUTH OF AND 250 FEET NORTH
OF THE CENTER LINE OF WEST DANIA BEACH BOULEVARD
FROM SOUTHWEST 7TH AVENUE ON THE EAST TO THE
i CITY LIMITS ON THE WEST, SAID LANDS LOCATED WITHIN
THE CITY LIMITS OF CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA, FROM
3 R-3 ZONING CLASSIFICATION TO B-2 CLASSIFICATION;
AND PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE REPEALED
TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING
THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE
I AS OF ITS PASSAGE AND ADOPTION, ON THIRD READING.

a BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF

DANIA, FLORIDA:

j Section 1. That the following described area, to wit,
250 feet South of and 250 feet North of
the center line of West Dania Beach
Boulevard from Southwest 7th Avenue
on the East to the city limits on the West,
said lands located within the city limits
.._ of City of Dania, Florida,
be and the same is hereby changed from R-3 zoning classification to B-2 zoning

classification,

Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here-

with be and the same is hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall become effective as of its passage
j� and adoption.
