ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE
OF RATES FOR ADMISSIONS TO THE FISHING
PIER PRESENTLY BEING CONSTRUCTED BY
CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA, AT DAN.A BEACH,
DANIA, BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND
PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS
OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE
REPEALED TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; j
AND PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL
BECOME EFFECTIVE AS OF ITS PASSAGE AND
ADOPTION, ON THIRD READING.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That a schedule of rates be and the same is hereby

established for admission to the fishing pier at Dania Beach, Dania, Broward
County, Florida, being constructed by City of Dania, Florida, as follows:

(a) Daily Single Adult Fishing Fee $ . 75 Plus `Pax
(One such fee per calendar day) j
(b) Daily Single Adult Spectator Fee . 50 Plus Tax
(One such fee per calendar day)
i
(c) Daily Single Child's Fishing Fee 50 Plus Tax
{ 16 years of age and under
(One such fee per calendar day)
i
{ (d) Daily Single Child's Spectator Fee 25 Plus Tax
i
16 years of age and under
(One such fee per calendar day) f
i
(e) Adult Annual Fishing Pass 50. 00 Plus Tax
Good for one calendar year
(f) Child's Annual Fishing Pass 35. 00 Plus Tax {
16 years of age and under
Good for one calendar year
(g) Adult 10 trip Fishing Pass 5. 00 Plus Tax
Good for 60 days from date of issue

Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict

herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.

Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
