ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A SETBACK OF
50 FEET FROM THE PROPERTY LINE ON ALL
PROPERTY FACING SOUTHSEST 16TLI STREET
WITHIN CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA, BEGINNING
AT LOT 20, BLOCK 3, ST. DAMES PARK NORTH,
ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED
IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS
OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA; SAID LANDS
SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN BROWARD COUNTY,
FLORIDA, ON THE WEST TO THE EASTERN CITY
LIMITS OF CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA, ON THE EAST;
AND PROVIDING THAT ALL, ORDINANCES OR PARTS
OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE RE-
PEALED TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; AND
PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME
I EFFECTIVE AS OF ITS PASSAGE AND ADOPTION,
ON THIRD READING.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COniiMISSION
y OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That with respect to the construction of improvements on
certain lots within city limits of City of Dania, Florida, facing Southlvest 16th

Southoest 16th Street within city limits of City of Dania, Florida, from Lot 20,

Block 3, ST. JAMES PARK NORTH, according to the plat thereof according

to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 33, of the Public Records of

Broward County, Florida; said lands situate, lying and being in Broward County,
Florida, on the West to the Eastern city limits of City of Dania, Florida, on

the East.

Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith

be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.

Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
