AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE FOLLOWING DES-
CRIBED PROPERTY, TO WIT: LOTS 1 TO 23 IN-
CLUSIVE, BLOCK 1, AND ALL OF BLOCKS 2, 3
AND 4, VICTORY HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE
PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 217
;{ PAGE 2, PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY,
FLORIDA: SAID LANDS SITUATE, LYING AND BEING
IN BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM EXISTING
CLASSIFICATIONS TO B-2 CLASSIFICATION; AND
PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS
OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE
REPEALED TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT;
AND PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL
BECOME EFFECTIVE AS OF ITS PASSAGE AND
ADOPTION, ON THIRD READING.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the following described property, to wit: i
h! Lots 1 to 23 inclusive, Block 1, and all of I
i Blocks 2, 3 and 4, VICTORY HEIGHTS, ac-
cording to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 21, page 2, Public Records of Broward
County, Florida; said lands situate, lying and
being in Broward County, Florida,

be and the same is hereby rezoned from existing zoning classifications to
B-2 zoning classification.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.

Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect j
i immediately upon its passage and adoption.
