AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE FOLLOWING DES-
CRIBED PROPERTY TO WIT: THE WEST ONE-HALF
(Wz) OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SW;) OF THE
SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SWq) OF THE SOUTHWEST
QUARTER (SW ) OF SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 51 SOUTH,
RANGE 42 EAST, BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM
B-2 CLASSIFICATION TO C-1 CLASSIFICATION; AND
PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF F
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE REPEALED
TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING
THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE k I AS OF ITS PASSAGE AND ADOPTION, ON THIRD READING. I
1 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:

Section 1, That the following described property, to wit:
The WestOne-half (Wz) of the Southwest quarter
(SW4) of the Southwest quarter (SW;) of the Southwest
Quarter (SW;) of Section 2, Township 51 South, Range
42 East, Broward County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby rezoned from B-2 classification to C-1 classification,
Section 2, All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith

be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.

Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect immediately

upon its passage and adoption.
