i AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE PRESENT SECTION
28-41 CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA,
IN ITS ENTIRETY AND ENACTING A NEW SECTION TO BE
KNOWN AS SECTION 28-41 CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY
OF DANIA, FLORIDA, TO BE ENTITLED, BUILDING SITE
AREA REQUIRED, WHICH SECTION SHALL PROVIDE CERTAIN
.MINIMUM SITE AREAS AND SIZES FOR BUILDING SITES
CONTAINED IN R-1-AA, ZONING CLASSIFICATIONS; AND
PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE REPEALED
TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING
THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE
AS OF ITS PASSAGE AND ADOPTION, ON THIRD READING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Section 28-41, Code of Ordinances, City of Dania, j

;I Florida, in its present form be, and the same is hereby repealed in its
jentirety.
Section 2. That a new section to be known as Section 28-41, Code of

j Ordinances, City of Dania, Florida, be and the same is hereby enacted,
which is read as follows:

The minimum building site shall be one lot or parcel
j of land eight thousand square feet in area for each one
(single) family dwelling. Such lots or parcels shall
have a minimum width of sixty-two feet. Where a lot
or ,parcel of land has an area or width of less than the
above required minumum and of record at the time of
passage of this chapter, the lot or parcel of land may
• _ be occupied by a single family dwelling, but in such
case the minimum front, side and rear yards as hereinafter
i prescribed shall be provided.

Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict

herewith be, and the same is hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall become effective as of its
passage and adoption.
