ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 27-3 (d) CODE
OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA, CON-
CERNING WATER METER CHARGES; AND PROVIDING
THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE REPEALED TO THE
EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING THAT
{ THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE AS OF ITS
+ PASSAGE AND ADOPTION, ON THIRD READING.
i BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMNIISSION OF THE CITY OF
DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Section 27-3 (d) Code of Ordinances, City of Dania,

I Florida, be, and the same is hereby amended to read after amendment as

Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict

herewith be, and the same is hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall become effective as of its
passage and adoption.
