AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOTS 4 to 14 AND LOTS
1 16 to 20, INCLUSIVE, BLOCK 3, ST. JAMES PARK
NORTH, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 33, PUBLIC
RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID
LANDS SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN BROWARD
COUNTY, FLORIDA, THEN BEGINNING AT A POINT
AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 20, BLOCK 3,
ST. JAMES PARK NORTH, NORTHERLY APPROXI-
MATELY 300 FEET TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF
LOT 23, BLOCK 2, ST. JAMES PARK NORTH, THENCE
EASTERLY TO THE EAST CITY LIMITS OF DANIA,
THENCE SOUTH APPROXIMATELY 300 FEET TO
SOUTHEAST 16TH STREET, THENCE WEST TO THE
POINT OF BEGINNING FROM THE EXISTING CLASSI-
FICATIONS UNDER WHICH SAID PROPERTY IS ZONED
TO B-2 ZONING CLASSIFICATION;kAND REZONING
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY, TO WIT,
BEGINNING AT A POINT AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER

THENCE NORTHERLY TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER

EASTERLY TO THE EAST CITY LIMITS OF DANIA THENCE .-..�

MATELY 300 FEET NORTH OF SOUTHEAST 16TH STREET,
THENCE WEST TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING FROM THE
EXISTING CLASSIFICATIONS UNDER WHICH SAID RROPERTY
IS ZONED TO R-3 ZONING CLASSIFICATION; AND PROVID-
ING THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR PART OF ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE REPEALED TO THE EXTENT
OF SUCH CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING THAT THE ORDI-
NANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE AS OF ITS PASSAGE
AND ADOPTION ON THIRD READING.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA,

AS FOLLOWS:
Section I. That the following described property, to wit,

j Lots 4 to 14 and Lots 16 to 20, inclusive, Block 3, ST.
JAMES PARK NORTH, according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 3, page 33, Public Records of
Broward County, Florida; said lands situate, lying and
being in Broward County, Florida; then beginning at a
point at the Southeast corner of Lot 20, Block 3, ST.
JAMES PARK NORTH, Northerly approximately 300 feet
to the Northeast corner of Lot 23, Block 2, ST. JAMES
PARK NORTH, thence Easterly to the East City limits of
Dania, thence South approximately 300 feet to Southeast

16th Street, thence West to the point of beginning,
be, and the same is hereby rezoned from the existing classifications under which
said property is zoned to B-2 classification. i I

Section 2. That the following described property, to wit,
Beginning at a point at the Southeast corner of Lot 24,
Block 2, ST. TAMES PARK NORTH, according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, page 33, Public
Records of Broward County, Florida; said lands situate,
lying and being in Broward County, Florida; thence
Northerly to the Northeast corner of Lot 20, Block 1,
ST. TAMES PARK NORTH, thence Easterly to the East
1 City limits of Dania, thence South approximately 300
feet to a point approximately 300 feet North of Southeast
16th Street, thence West to the point of beginning,
be, and the same is hereby rezoned from the existing classifications under which

said property is zoned to R-3 classification.
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.

Section 4. That this ordinance shall become effective as of its
passage and adoption on third reading.

RESOLUTION NO,
A RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE DELETION OF
REFERENCE TO INCLUSION OF PARTS OF SOUTH-
EAST 15Th STREET, DANIA, BROWARD COUNTY,
FLORIDA, FROM ORDINANCE NO, 423 OF THE
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA;
AND REPEALING ALL RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING THAT THIS RESOLU-
TION SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE UPON THE DATE
OF ITS PASSAGE AND ADOPTION.
WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held on September 6, 1960,
concerning rezoning of certain lands in and adjacent to ST. JAMES PARK
NORTH, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, page 33,
Public Records of Broward County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, the notice of hearing published concerning such
rezoning also referred to the inclusion of parts of Southeast 15th Street,

in the street widening program ordinance of the City of Dania, Florida, and
WHEREAS, �t.t the meeting held on September 6, 1960, the City
i
Commission of the City of Dania, Florida, adopted on first reading ordinance
number 423 which pertains to the rezoning of lands included in and adjacent
i
to ST. JAMES PARK NORTH, according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 3, page 33, Public Records of Broward County, Florida, and
° WHEREAS, said ordinance does not contain any provision with
j respect to the inclusion of parts of Southeast 15th Street in the street widen-
ing program ordinance of the City of Dania, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMIS-
SION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1, That the City Attorney be, and he is hereby instructed
to recommend to the City Commission of the City of Dania, Florida, an
ordinance amending certain parts of the zoning ordinances of the City of
Dania, Florida, to give to the City Commission the right to require walls
or fences in certain zoning categories.

Section 2, That ordinance number 423 which is now under con-
sideration. of the City Commission of the City of Dania, Florida, expressly

shall eliminate and not include any reference to the inclusion of Southeast
i 15th Street in the street widening program ordinance of the City of Dania,
Florida.
j Section 3. This resolution shall take effect and be in force
j immediately upon its passage and adoption.
Section 4. All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict
herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
