AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFI-
CATION OF ALL OF BLOCK 1, NORTH DANIA
HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 39, PUBLIC
RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA; SAID
LANDS SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN BROWARD
COUNTY, FLORIDA; FROM R-2 CLASSIFICATION
TO R-3 CLASSIFICATION; AND PROVIDING THAT
ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH BE REPEALED TO THE
EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING
THAT THE ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE
AS OF ITS PASSAGE AND ADOPTION ON THIRD
READING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the zoning classification of the following described
property, to wit,
Block 1, NORTH DANIA HEIGHTS, according
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7
page 39, Public Records of Broward County,
a' Florida; said lands situate, lying and being in
Broward County, Florida;
be, and the same is hereby changed from R-2 classification to R-3 classification.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with be, and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective as of its passage
and adoption on third reading.
