AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSI-
FICATION OF ALL OF BLOCK "C", EXCEPT A
CORNER 100' x 150' ON STIRLING ROAD AND
PHIPPEN ROAD, GEORGE M PHIPPEN SUBDIVI-
SION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 51 PUBLIC
RECORDS OF DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA; SAID
LANDS SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN BROWARD
j COUNTY, FLORIDA; FROM B-2 CLASSIFICATION
AND R-3 CLASSIFICATION TO M-1 CLASSIFICATION;
AND PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS
OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE
REPEALED TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT:
AND PROVIDING THAT THE ORDINANCE SHALL
BECOME EFFECTIVE AS OF ITS PASSAGE AND
ADOPTION ON THIRD READING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA,
FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the zoning classification of the following
described property, to wit:
All of Block "C", except a corner 100' x 150' on
Stirling Road and Phippen Road, GEORGE M.
PHIPPEN SUBDIVISION, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, page 5, Public
Records of Dade County, Florida; said lands
situate, lying and being in Broward County, j

be, and the same is hereby changed from B-2 classification and R-3 classification
to M-1 classification.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict

jherewith be, and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective as of its passage
and adoption on third reading.
