ORDINANCE NO.
ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PLAT OF HAROLD MANOR,
AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINACES
OR RESOLUTIONS OR PARTS OF RESOLUTIONS IN CON-
FLICT WITH THE ORDINANCE, AND PROVIDING THAT
THE ORDINANCE SHALL TAKE EFFECT IMMEDIATELY
UPON ITS PASSAGE AND ADOPTION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA,
FLORIDA:
Section on 1. That the proposed plat of HAROLD MANOR,
prepared by _ollf . ,,
i Surveyor, be, and the same is
hereby approved.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances or resolutions
or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby
repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
its passage and adoption.
