ORDINANCE NO. /-�>
ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PLAT OF TROPIC
PARK, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS
OF ORDINANCES OR RESOLUTIONS OR PARTS OF RE-
SOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT WITH THE ORDINANCE, AND
PROVIDING THAT THE ORDINANCE SHALL TAKE EFFECT
IMMEDIATELY UPON ITS PASSAGE AND ADOPTION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF TEE CITY OF DANIA,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the proposed plat of TROPIC PARK, prepared
by Surveyor, be, and the same is hereby
approved.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances or resolutions
or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby
repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its
passage and adoption.
