ORDINANCE NO. 2
ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PLAT OF SHELTER
ISLANDS, SECOND ADDITION, AND REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCE OR RESOLUTIONS
OR PARTS OF RESOLUTIONSAND PROVIDING THAT THE ORDINANCCONFLICT WITH E
ORDINANCE,
SHALL TAKE EFFECT IMMEDIATELY UPON ITS PASSAGE
AND ADOPTION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the proposed plat of SHELTER ISLANDS,
SECOND ADDITION, prepared by Surveyor, be,and
the same is hereby approved.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances or resolutions
or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby
repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
its passage and adoption.
