AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 28-31(a) OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA,
BY ADDING THE RIGHT OF WAY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED
TO THE RIGHTS OF WAY GOVERNED BY THE PROVISIONS
OF SECTION 28-31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDAi AND PROVIDING THAT ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH BE REPEALED TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH
CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING THAT THE ORDINANCE SHALL
BECOME EFFECTIVE AS OF ITS PASSAGE AND ADOPTION
ON THIRD READING.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA,
FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Section 28-31(a), Code of. Ordinances, City of
Dania, is amended to add the following described right of way, to wit:
The right of way of that part of Northwest 5th Avenue
between Northwest 3rd Street and Northwest 4th Street,
City of Dania, Florida, shall be 70 feet;
to the other rights of way governed by the provisions of Section 28-31, Code
of Ordinances, City of Dania Florida.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with be, and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective as of its passage
and adoption on third reading.
