ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PLAT OF VICTORIA
VILLAS, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR
PARTS OF ORDINANCES OR RESOLUTIONS OR PARTS
OF RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT WITH THIS ORDI-
NANCE, AND PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL
TAKE EFFECT IMMEDIATELY UPON ITS PASSAGE
AND ADOPTION.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the proposed plat of VICTORIA VILLAS, prepared
by McLaughlin Engineering Company, be, and the same is hereby approved.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances or resolutions
or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby
repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its
passage and adoption.
