ORDINANCE NO.,599
ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PLAT OF SHELTER
ISLANDS, 1ST ADDITION, AND .REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES OR RESOLUTIONS
OR PARTS OF RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT WITH THE
! ORDINANCE, AND PROVIDING THAT THE ORDINANCE
SHALL TAKE EFFECT IMMEDIATELY UPON ITS PASSAGE
AND ADOPTION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the proposed plat of SHELTER ISLANDS, 1ST
ADDTION, prepared by Arnold J. Waidsmith, Surveyor, be, and the same
is hereby approved.
j Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances or resolutions
or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby
repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its
passage and adoption.
