ORDINANCE N0.3?,
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION G8-31(a) OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF DANIA,
FLORIDA, BY ADDING THE RIGHT OF WAY HEREINAFTER
DESCRIBED TO THE RIGHTS OF WAY GOVERNED BY THE
PROVISIONS OF SECTION �8-31 OF THE CODE OF ORDI-
NANCES OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA: AND PROVID-
ING THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE REPEALED TO THE EXTENT
OF SUCH CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING THAT THE
ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE AS OF ITS
PASSAGE AND .ADOPTION ON THIRD READING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMI
SSION OF THE CITY OF DANTA,
FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Section 28-31(a), Code of Ordinances, City of Dania,
Florida, is amended to add the following described right of way, to wit:
The South one-half of the right of way of N. W, loth
Street from the Eastern line of Federal Highway
west to the western line of MELALEUCA GARDENS
RESUBDIVISION, according to the PIat thereof re-
corded in Plat Book 25, page 10, public records of
Broward County, Florida, shall be 35 feet, more or
less. That is, the South right of way of said N. W.
loth Street from the eastern line of Federal Highway
west to the western line of said MELALEUCA GARDENS
RESUBDIVLSION shall be 35 feet from the center line thereof;
to the other rights of way governed by the provisions of Section 28-31, Code
of Ordinances, City of Dania, Florida.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
be, and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective as of its passage

and adoption on third reading.
