ORDINANCE NO. ;
ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PLAT OF FLORIAN
ISLES, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR
PARTS OF ORDINANCES OR RESOLUTIONS OR
PARTS OF RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT WITH THIS
ORDINANCE, AND PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE
SHALL TAKE EFFECT IMMEDIATELY UPON ITS
PASSAGE AND ADOPTION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the proposed plat of FLORIAN ISLES, prepared
by Arnold J. Waldsmith, Surveyor, be, and the same is hereby approved.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances or resolutions
or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby
repealed to the extent of such conflict.

Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its
passage and adoption.

1958;
PASSED AND ADOPTED on Third Reading this loolh day of

extension of the Dania water distribution system to make water service
available to 29 lots in an area known as Florian Isles,

the approved material shall be returned to your office.
