AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED
PROPERTY, TO WIT: LOTS 3 TO 13, INCLUSIVE, IN
BLOCK 12, OF COLLEGE TRACT SECOND ADDITION, AND
LOTS 5 TO 17, INCLUSIVE, in BLOCK 11, OF COLLEGE
TRACT SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT
THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 19, PUBLIC
RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA: SAID LANDS
SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN BROWARD COUNTY,
FLORIDA; AND THAT PARCEL OF LAND LYING EAST OF
LOT 13, BLOCK 12, OF COLLEGE TRACT SECOND ADDI-
TION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN
PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 19, PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD
COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND WEST OF PHIPPEN ROAD, WHICH
IS PRESENTLY ZONED R-3, AND WHICH IS MORE PARTICU-
LARLY IDENTIFIED AS THE CERTAIN PARCEL SHOWN ON
THE PLAT OF COLLEGE TRACT SECOND ADDITION LYING
EAST OF .LOT 13, BLOCK 12, COLLEGE TRACT SECOND
ADDITION (AND WHICH IS LABELLED "NOT INCLUDED"),
FROM R-3 CLASSIFICATION to R-1 CLASSIFICATION; AND
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT.
WHEREAS, The City Commission of the City of Dania, Florida, has
conducted a public hearing at the City Hall in Dania, Florida, to consider
the recommendations of the City Planning and Zoning Board of the City of
Dania, Florida, to rezone the lands hereinafter described from existing classi-
fication to new classification; and
WHEREAS, after said hearing, the City Commission of the City of
Dania, Florida, deems it for the best interests of the City of Dania, Florida,
that the said lands be rezoned as indicated herein;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described property, situate, lying and
being in Broward County, Florida, to wit:
Lots 3 to 13, inclusive, in Block 12, of COLLEGE
TRACT SECOND ADDITION, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 19, page 19, public
records of Broward County, Florida;
Lots 5 to 17, inclusive, in Block 11, of COLLEGE
TRACT SECOND ADDITION, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 19, page 19, public
records of Broward County, Florida;

That parcel of land lying East of Lot 13, Block 12,
Of COLLEGE TRACT SECOND ADDITION, according
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 19, page 19,
public records of Broward County, Florida, and West
of Phippen Road, which is presently zoned R-3, and
which is more particularly identified as the certain
parcel shown on the plat of COLLEGE TRACT SECOND
ADDITION lying East of Lot 13, Block 12, COLLEGE
TRACT SECOND ADDITION (and which is labelled
"not included");
be rezoned from R-3 classification to R-1 classification.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.

A. D. 1958.
