ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOT 27, BLOCK 8,
LOT 14, BLOCK 9, LOT 1, BLOCK 10, AND
LOT 21 BLOCK 11, OF HOLLYWOOD CENTER
AMENDED, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 91 PAGE 43, PUBLIC
RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID
LANDS SITUATE, LYING, AND BEING IN BROWARD
COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM C-1 CLASSIFICATION
TO R-1 CLASSIFICATION; AND REZONING LOTS
251 267 AND 27, BLOCK 8, LOT 13, BLOCK 9,
LOT 2, BLOCK 10, AND LOTS 1, 3, AND 4, BLOCK
11, OF HOLLYWOOD CENTER AMENDED, ACCORD-
ING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT
BOOK 9, PAGE 43, PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD
COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID LANDS SITUATE, LYING,
AND BEING IN BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM
R-2 CLASSIFICATION TO R-1 CLASSIFICATION, AND
REZONING LOT 1, BLOCK 9, AND LOT 10, BLOCK
8, OF OCEAN VIEW GOLF ADDITION, ACCORDING
TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK
37, PAGE 70 PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY,
FLORIDA, SAID LANDS SITUATE, LYING, AND BEING
IN BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM R-2
CLASSIFICATION TO R-1 CLASSIFICATION
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Dania, Florida,
has conducted a public hearing at the City Hall in Dania, Florida, to
consider the recommendations of the City Planning and Zoning Board
of the City of Dania, Florida, to rezone the lands hereinafter described
from existing classifications to new classifications; and
WHEREAS, after said hearing, the City Commission of the City
of Dania, Florida, deems it for the best interests of the City of Dania,
Florida, that the said lands be rezoned as indicated herein;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the fo114wing described property situate,
lying, and being in Broward County, Florida, to wit,
Lot 27,, Block 8, Lot 14, Block 9, Lot 1, Block 10, and
Lot 2, Block 11, of HOLLYWOOD CENTER AMENDED,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9,
page 43, Public Records of Broward County, Florida,
be rezoned from C-1 classification to R-1 classification. I

Section 2: That the following described property situate,
lying, and being in Broward County, Florida, to wit,
Lots 25, 26 and 27, Block 8, Lot 13, Block 9, Lot
2, Block 10, and Lots 1, 3 and 4, Block 11, of
HOLLYWOOD CENTER AMENDED, according to
the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, page 43,
Public Records of Broward County, Florida,
be rezoned from R-2 classification to R-1 classification.
Section 3: That the following described property situate,
lying, and being in Broward County, Florida, to wit,
Lot 1, Block 9, and Lot 10, Block 8, of OCEAN VIEW
GOLF ADDITION, according to the plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 37, page 7, Public Records of Broward
County, Florida,
be rezoned from R-2 classification to R-1 class ifica.tion.
Section 4: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
