ORDINANCE ZONING THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY,
TO WIT: BEGINNING ON THE NORTH LINE OF SECTION 33,
TOWNSHIP 50 SOUTH, RANGE 42 EAST, AT THE INTERSECTION
WITH THE CENTER LINE OF THE DANIA CUT-OFF CANAL,
THENCE RUN EAST ALONG SAID NORTH LINE OF SECTION 33,
TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID SECTION 33; THENCE
RUN SOUTH 505. 81 FEET ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID
SECTION 33; THENCE RUN WEST 147. 38 FEET AT RIGHT
ANGLES TO THE LAST COURSE; THENCE RUN NORTHWEST
ALONG A LINE FORMING AN INCLUDED ANGLE OF 1L40 09' 32"
FOR A DISTANCE OF 405. 61 FEET TO A POINT OF INTERSEC-
TION WITH A LINE 165 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTH LINE OF
SAID SECTION 33; THENCE RUN WEST PARALLEL TO AND
165 FEET SOUTH OF SAID NORTH LINE OF SECTION 33 A
DISTANCE OF 1550. 78 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTHWEST
FORMING AN INCLUDED ANGLE OF ?15o 05' 15" TO AN INTER-
SECTION WITH SAID CENTER LINE OF THE DANIA CUT-OFF
CANAL; THENCE RUN NORTHWEST TO THE POINT OF
BEGINNING; SAID LANDS SITUATE, LYING AND BENG IN
BROWAii.D COUNTY, FLORIDA; AS B-1 CLASSIFICATION; AND
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH.
R WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Dania, Florida, has
conducted a public hearing at the City Hall in Dania, Florida, to consider the
recommendations of the City Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Dania,
Florida, that a parcel of land more particularly described hereinafter be
oned B-1 classification; and
., WHEREAS, after said hearing, the City Commission of the City of
Dania, Florida, deems it for the best interests of the City of Dania, Florida,
that the said property be .oned as aforesaid;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described property, to wit:
Beginning on the North line of Section 33, Township 50
South, Range 4? East, at the intersection with the center
line of the Dania Cut-off Canal, thence run East along said
North line of Section 33 to the Northeast corner of said
Section 33; thence run South 505. 81 feet along the East
line of said Section 33; thence run West 147. 38 feet at
right angles to the last course; thence run Northwest
along a line forming an included angle of 1240 09' 32" for
a distance of 405. 61 feet to a point of interesection with a
line 165 feet South of the North line of said Section 33;
thence run West parallel to and 165 feet South of said North

line of Section 33 a distance of 1550. 78 feet; thence
run Southwest forming an included angle of 2150 05' 15"
to an intersection with said center line of the Dania
Cut-off Canal; thence run Northwest to the point of
beginning; said lands situate, lying and being in
Broward County, Florida;
be, and the same hereby is -oned B-1 classification.
Section z. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
