ORDINANCE ZONING THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROP-
ERTY, TO WIT: BLOCK 7 OF SHELTER ISLES, ACCORDING
TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43,
PAGE 61 PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA,
AND VARIOUS UNSUBDIVIDED LANDS IMMEDIATELY ADJACENT
TO SHELTER ISLES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RE-
CORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 6, PUBLIC RECORDS OF
BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA; (A MORE, PARTICULAR DES-
SCRIPTION OF SAID LANDS ADJACENT TO SHELTER ISLES
TO BE OBTAINED BY REFERENCE TO A MAP ON FILE AT
THE CITY HALL, CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA); SAID LANDS
SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA-

S R-i CLASSIFICATION; AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES
OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Dania, Florida, has
conducted a public hearing at the City Hall in Dania, Florida, to consider the
recommendations of the City Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Dania,
Florida, that a parcel of land more particularly described hereinafter be
;,oned R-1 classification; and
WHEREAS, after said hearing, the City Commission of the City of
Dania, Florida, deems it for the best interests of the City of Dania, Florida,
that the said property be s,oned as aforesaid;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE; CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described property, to wit:
Block 7 of SHELTER ISLES, according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 43, page 6, public records of
Broward County, Florida; and various unsubdivided lands
immediately adjacent to SHELTER ISLES, according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 43 page 6, public
records of Broward County, Florida; (a more particular
description of said lands adjacent to SHELTER ISLES
to be obtained by reference to a map on file at the City
Hall, City of Dania, Florida); said lands situate, lying and
being in Broward Comity, Florida;
be, and the same hereby is , oned R-1 classification,
Section 2, All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
