ORDINANCE NO. 3yo
ORDINANCE ZONING THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROP-
ERTY, TO WIT: COMMENCING ON THE EAST LINE OF
SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 50 SOUTH, RANGE 42 EAST AT
A POINT 505. 81 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER
OF SAID SECTION 33; THENCE RUN WEST 147. 38 FEET AT
RIGHT ANGLES TO SAID EAST LINE OF SECTION 33, TO THE
POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN NORTHWEST ALONG A
LINE FORMING AN ANGLE OF 1240 09' 3211 AS MEASURED
FROM EAST TO NORTH, FOR A DISTANCE OF 405. 61 FEET;
THENCE RUN WEST ON A LINE PARALLEL TO AND 165 FEET
SOUTH OF THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 33 FOR A
DISTANCE OF 197. 57 FEET; THENCE SOUTHEAST 5L7. 54
FEET ON A LINE PARALLEL TO THE FIRST COURSE DES-
SCRIBED FROM THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN
NORTHEAST 165 FEET AT RIGHT ANGLES TO THE LAST
COURSE; THENCE RUN NORTHWEST 13. 25 FEET, ON AN
EXTENSION OF SAID FIRST COURSE, TO THE POINT OF BE-
GINNING; SAID LANDS SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN
BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA; AS R-2 CLASSIFICATION;
AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Dania, Florida, has
conducted a public hearing at the City Hall in Dania, Florida, to consider the
recommendations of the City Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Dania,
Florida, that a parcel of land more particularly described hereinafter be
oned R-2 classification; and
WHEREAS, after said hearing, the City Commission of the City of
Dania, Florida, deems it for the best interests of the City of Dania Florida,
that the said property be ;zoned as aforesaid;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described property, to wit:
Commencing on the East line of Section 33, Township
50 South, Range 42 East, at a point 505. 81 feet South
of the Northeast corner of said Section 33: thence
run West 147. 38 feet at right angles to said East line
of Section 33, to the Point of Beginning; thence run
Northwest along a line forming an angle of 1240 09' 32"
as measured from East to North, for a distance of
405.61 feet; thence run West on a line parallel to and
165 feet South of the North line of said Section 33, for
a distance of 197. 57 feet; thence Southeast 527. 54 feet
on a line parallel to the first course described from
the point of beginning; thence run Northeast 165 feet
at right angles to the last course; thence run Northwest
13. 25 feet, on an extension of said first course, to the
Point of Beginning; said lands situate, lying and being I
in Broward County Florida

be, and the same hereby is zoned R-? classification.
Section �. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
