ORDINANCE REZONING LOT 3, SARATOGA, ACCORD-
ING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT
BOOK 18, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF
BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM R-3 CLASSIFI-
CATION TO B-2 CLASSIFICATION.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Dania, Florida, has
conducted a public hearing at the City Hall in Dania, Florida, to consider the
recommendations of the City Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Dania,
Florida, that a parcel of land more particularly described hereinafter be
rezoned from R-3 to B-2 classification; and
WHEREAS, after said hearing, theCity Commission of the City of
Dania, Florida, deems it for the best interests of the City of Dania, Florida,
that the said property be rezoned as aforesaid;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: '
Section 1. That the following described property, to wit:
Lot 3, SARATOGA, according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 18,
page 23, public records of Broward
County, Florida; said lands situate,
lying and being in Broward County,
Florida;

be, and the same hereby is rezoned from R-3 classification to B-2 classification. -
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with be and the same are hereby repealed to the extend of such conflict.
PASSED AND ADOPTED on First Reading this day of
A. D. 1958;
PASSED AND ADOPTED on Second Reading thisrhday of
A. D. 1958;
PASSED AND ADOPTED on Third Reading this 7�h day of
A. D. 1958.
