ORDINANCE NO.3,?6
AN ORDINANCE CREATING THREE PRECINCTS FOR ALL
MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA,
AND DEFINING THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID PRECINCTS;
AND IDENTIFYING SAID PRECINCTS BY NUMBER; AND
NAMING AND PROVIDING FOR A POLLING PLACE IN EACH
PRECINCT; AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS
OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.

WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Dania, Florida,
deems it for the best interests of the City of Dania, Florida, to create
three precincts for municipal elections of the City of Dania, Florida, and
to define the boundaries of same, and to identify same, and to provide a
polling place for same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That for all future municipal elections held under the
provisions of the Charter of the City of Dania, Florida, the following
precincts, the boundaries of same, and the polling places of same, be and
the same are hereby created:
PRECINCT NO. 1
(A) That the boundaries of a precinct to be known as Precinct
No. 1 shall be defined as follows:
All lands lying within the City limits of the City of Dania,
Florida, which are east of the right-of-way of the Florida
East Coast Railway, and which are south of a line beginning
at the intersection of the center line of S. W. 2nd Street and
Y
the right-of-way of the Florida East Coast Railway, and
extending easterly from said intersection along the center
line of S. W. 2nd Street and S. E. 2nd Street to the intersection

of the center line of S. E. Lnd Street and the east boundary
line of the City limits of the City of Dania, Florida.
(B) That the polling place
/of Precinct No. 1 as defined afore-
said shall be CO
PRECINCT NO. 2
(•S) That the boundaries of a precinct to be known as Precinct
No. 2 shall be defined as follows:
All lands lying within the City limits of the City of Dania,
Florida, which are west of the right-of-way of the Florida
East Coast Railway and which are south of the center line
of Broward Road.
(B) That the polling place of Precinct No. 2 as defined afore-

PRECINCT NO. 3
(A) That the boundaries of a precinct to be known as Precinct
No. 3 shall be defined as follows:
All lands lying within the City limits of the City of Dania,
Florida, which are not included in the boundaries of Precincts
Nos. 1 and 2, as defined aforesaid.
(B) That the polling place of Precinct No. 3 as defined afore-
said shall be
Section 2. That the aforesaid three precincts and the aforesaid polling
places be, and the same are hereby designated as the voting precincts in
all future municipal elections held in the City of Dania, Florida, under the
provisions of the Charter of the City of Dania, Florida.

Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the e.dent of such
conflict.
